Position Summary
The Student Administration Senior Technical Developer/Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the PeopleSoft Student Administration (SA) application. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new system functionality, leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to development standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new technical solutions based on functional specifications.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate system updates.
Lead project teams for system enhancements within PeopleSoft SA.
Mentor and train junior developers on best practices and documentation.
Research and stay updated on new development technologies.
Qualifications
Required:
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
7-10 years of experience with PeopleSoft Student Administration (v9.2+) and PeopleTools (v8.60+).
Expertise in Fluid, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQL/SQR, and BI Publisher.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred:
Experience with Campus Solutions modules, particularly Academic Advising or Admissions.
