Summary

Our client, a leader in the higher education sector, is seeking a PeopleSoft Business/Technical Analyst to join their team. As a PeopleSoft Business/Technical Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting enterprise systems and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business/Technical Analyst

Location: Hybrid

Pay Range: $69 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Analyze, configure, and support ERP and business systems, currently PeopleSoft, while transitioning to Student Financial Planning (SFP).
  • Perform business and technical analysis to enhance application performance, security, and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements, conduct testing, and implement solutions.
  • Conduct system research, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination while providing enhancement feedback.
  • Design and develop reports, scripts (Groovy scripting preferred), and automation tools as needed.


What's Needed?

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in business and/or technical analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience supporting enterprise resource management systems, particularly PeopleSoft and/or Oracle Financial Aid Planning.
  • Exposure to or interest in Groovy scripting (JavaScript experience also relevant).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
