Credo is seeking a People Experience Director to build and lead a team specializing in talent management and learning & development (L&D). In this critical role, you will implement strategies that shape the employees' experience at Credo - starting with onboarding and continuing through performance, development, and engagement - by deploying streamlined and effective programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead integrated strategies for global performance management, succession planning, and a career development framework inclusive of skill assessments, career paths and ongoing feedback
* Build and scale L&D programs that empower individual skill growth and strengthen leadership effectiveness at all levels
* Champion employee engagement, leveraging surveys, focus groups, and action planning to drive belonging and impact
* Partner across the People team and business to create inclusive experiences that result in change adoption and increased productivity
* Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of organizational initiatives, make data-driven decisions that result in a return on investment/effort, and continuously improve programs to meet emerging needs
* Develop and execute the company's employment brand strategy through the creation of an EVP, core values, and related People team messaging efforts in partnership with the People leadership team and key marketing personnel
Qualifications:
* A strategic leader with 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, talent development, or organizational development
* Bachelor's degree in business, HR or a related field
* Proven experience designing and implementing programs across performance management, L&D, and employee engagement using scalable tools (e.g., LMS/LXP and survey tools)
* Skilled at influencing and leading change at all levels across a global organization, partnering with executives to align solutions to organizational goals
* Comfortable building from scratch and iterating quickly based on feedback
Preferred Qualifications
* Background or certification in change management and project management
* Proficiency in using HR software and tools
* Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
* Experience working in a global or multinational organization
Pay Range: $148,000 - $204,000
