Summary

The People Analytics Specialist is part of the HR Analytics team and supports strategic initiatives and programs across the organization as it relates to Human Resource functions. The role provides data analysis, process improvement, reports, insights, and recommendations that improve efficiency of the business.

Responsibilities

• Assists the HR Manager of Workforce Planning and Analytics by gathering and analyzing reports and writing executive summaries to present to LBH leadership.
• Leverage SQL for data processing.
• Support the implementation of HR Analytics vision and strategic roadmap.
• Act as the subject-matter expert on appropriate cross-functional projects or teams to ensure continuity and consistency as it relates to HR reporting.
• Consult with HR team members to understand desired project outcomes, as well as proposing solutions based on best practice reporting & analytics.
• Collaborate with HR Information Services, as needed, to provide the ability to restructure and analyze HR data from several systems and present in a clear, compelling, and user-friendly manner.
• Contributes to the achievement of established organizational goals and objectives while adhering to policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards.
• Complies with government and accreditation regulations.
• Educate and build Analytics capability within HR and throughout our consumers of HR data.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• In lieu of experience, advanced degree in data analytics related field will be considered.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis is required.
• Familiarity with Human Resources practices and within healthcare facilities is highly beneficial.
