Experience leading a Pega application production support with Pega CSSA/ LSA certification.
This position is a hands-on technical role primarily handling applications built on CLM KYC Framework/ Smart Investigate Framework.
Extensive experience with debugging tools (Tracer, CB, Live UI).
should have experience with CDD, EDD, FATCA, CRS related requirements.
Should have knowledge on the DP, DT, Decision rules of pega, Activity all Integration related requirements, if it is well - known about Kafka related requirements should be an added advantage.
Provide application support in accordance with standard guidelines within the agreed SLAs.
Debug and identify production issues by analysing code and reproducing the issue in lower environments.
Participate in high priority incident triage calls which may include but not limited to DB server issues, application server issues, Code issues, Data issues and network issues.
Review service trends, identify themes, communicate risk and propose technical solutions.
Monitor performance trends, system stability and trigger preventive actions.
