This unique role offers the best of both worlds: the chance to support students in Milwaukee-area private schools, and provide one-on-one, individualized care in our welcoming Brookfield outpatient clinic. You’ll work with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs—empowering children to find their voices and reach their full potential.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities
Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
Identifying speech, language, and swallowing disorders in children, as well as any developmental delays.
Developing individualized treatment plans to improve children’s ability to speak, understand language, and engage in social communication.
Addressing challenges related to speech clarity, language expression, and social interaction.
Assisting children with communication needs resulting from speech delays, autism, or other developmental disorders.
Providing interventions for swallowing difficulties to ensure safe eating and drinking.
Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide a comprehensive treatment plan.
Educating families and caregivers on strategies to support speech and language development at home and school.
Participating in school-based or B-3 team meetings to develop therapy goals and review progress.
Maintaining accurate records of assessments, treatments, and progress.

Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
