工作职责:

Mainly responsible for new energy auto parts simulation include structural / thermal / fluid analysis:

• Necessary geometry preprocess , meshing and material property assignment, etc .
• Defining boundary conditions, loadings, contact conditions, bonded ties, couplings, create FE model for calculation etc .
• Analysis category : mode analysis, random and sine-sweep vibrations, mechanical shock, fatigue life, press fit, o-ring sealing performance, CTE, coupled thermo-fluid-electrical performance.
• Post-processing of required outputs from the results file . Documentation of analysis objectives, results and conclusions.
• Training Chinese mechanical engineer team for structural / thermal / fluid simulation.

Job Requirements：

• Major in mechanical or automotive related . Practical experience in new energy vehicle parts projects , familiar with mechanical design . Master degree 2 years of experience ，bachelor degree 4 years of experience in simulation and mechanical analysis .
• In-depth understanding of physical problems, boundary conditions, loads, contact behavior for FEA model and post-processing of results including improvement suggestions .
• Expert at performing FE simulations for structural / thermal / fluid analysis .
• Proficient in office software and English speaking & written .
• Strong learning ability and working under pressure .
• Software skills : Hypermesh, Ansys , and NX .
• Conduct simulation according to project schedule and coordinate work with mechanical engineer for supporting product design .
