Project Coordinator

Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our consulting practice has an opening for a Project Coordinator.

Client: Big Five Bank.

Terms: 6 month, with possibility to extend

Location: Hybrid- 1 day in office Downtown

Job Description:

Work with the Project Manager(s) on the day-to-day management of their project(s), including:

• Organize, attend, and participate in Project Meetings; Document and publish Meeting Minutes (Issues, Action Items, Decisions)
• Maintain and monitor Issues and Action Log. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Follow-up on Action Items with the appropriate personnel as per the due date.
• Maintain and monitor project plans/schedules, milestone dates, and deliverables. Help to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Presentations
• Ensure project adheres to our Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF); prepare artifacts for the project.
• Maintain, update and administer the Project SharePoint Site
• Prepare Change Tickets and represent at TAB/CAB
• Provide back-up support to the Project Manager
