This is a hybrid position based out of our Johnston, IA office.

What We’re Looking For

SHAZAM is looking for a PC/LAN Technician to joi n our team. In this position, you will be responsible for workstation hardware and software installation and configuration including policy implementation and security controls.

What You'll Do

• Assist internal users; diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and user access.
• Resolves internal PC related trouble reported by users or identified in day-to-day operation or notification.
• Assists LAN Administrators in implementation of directory backups and ensuring 100% file recoverability of client data.
• Keep current Image updated and current with patches.
• Assist peers with any complicated tickets.
  
  

What You Need

• Minimum of three years of desktop administration or similar experience.
• Knowledge of Intune, Active Directory, SCCM, & PC imaging.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
