Join my client a prestigious luxury brand supplier With over 77 brands across 150+ countries, we’re reshaping the future of Luxury and we’re looking for an experienced Payroll & Pension Manager to help us do just that.


This is a pivotal role overseeing payroll and pension administration for both employees and retirees in Germany. You'll work closely with external providers to ensure compliant, efficient, and timely processing—while driving digital transformation and operational excellence.


What You’ll Do


  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes and occupational pension schemes with external providers
  • Ensure compliance with German labor, tax, and social security laws
  • Act as an escalation point for complex HR/payroll queries
  • Serve as subject matter expert in audits and internal reviews
  • Lead and deliver key HR projects
  • Continuously improve and digitalize payroll processes and systems


What You’ll Bring


  • Recognized qualification in payroll and strong HR administration experience
  • Expertise in German payroll, pension schemes, and employment law
  • Proficiency in SAP, SuccessFactors, and Excel
  • Analytical mindset, digital fluency, and service-driven approach
  • Excellent German and English communication skills
