Our client is a private investment firm with over $100 billion in AUM with a focus on global real estate. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing all global payroll for the firm.
Responsibilities:
Oversee HR and payroll administration and record keeping including compensation, garnishments, taxes, and other earnings into the HRIS
Prepare and processes salaries and bonuses
Ensure that W-2 forms are accurate and are properly distributed
Ensure source documents, output records, and payroll runs are complete and accurate
Ensure that all audit controls are in place as it relates to payroll
Ensure that all state, federal, and international tax rates are set up accurately in the payroll system and that taxes are filed on time and correctly
Prepare various reports as requested by accounting and HR
Responsibilities:
8-12 years of payroll experience
Experience with international payroll required
Extensive experience with HRIS applications and payroll reporting tools
Proficient in Excel
Salary Range:
$135,000-$165,000
