Summary

We are hiring a Payroll Analyst to join our team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in shaping our success. As a Payroll Analyst, you must possess strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HRIS systems, preferably SAP with the ability to interpret legislation and ensure accurate, timely payroll execution.


Who You Are:

You would be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with a strong understanding of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and HR processes. You should be proactive, adaptable under pressure, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively support both internal teams and external vendors while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.


Desired skills and experience:

  • Solid understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR) and data accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage vendors and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Experience working with payroll vendors and service level agreements.
  • Exposure to payroll-related projects or process improvements is a plus.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR and manage payroll vendors.
  • Maintain and audit employee data in HR systems.
  • Handle employee queries and support HR administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to payroll reporting and process improvements.
