We are looking for an experienced Payroll Data Analyst to support our payroll team on a consultant basis. This is a hands-on role ideal for professionals with strong payroll knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a solid background in analytics. You will work closely with the internal payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate processing, analysis, and reporting of payroll data during this consultancy period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze payroll data for trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights.
• Create and manage complex Excel reports (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll inputs and outputs.
• Generate reports for audits, compliance, and management review. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3–4+ years of payroll experience, with strong data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data modeling, dashboards).
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a consultant capacity.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
