Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
6+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
Experience processing payroll for 1,000+ employees
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required
Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Job Description
Process payroll for 1,000+ employees in a timely and accurate manner
Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, reporting, and compliance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations
Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributions
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and handle payroll-related audits
Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and reporting integrity
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly
