ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pick up mail from receptionist Sort mail and issue mail to corresponding departments Post all CC, ACH, Check Payments from all sources (payments paid to us and paid to client) Check verification Print and process direct checks Scan deposit to the bank daily NSF, CC Chargeback, ACH, CC, Paper Draft, Repay, and Daily Mail Reconciliations Daily Complete all daily logs which include ACH payments over $1K, daily cash, unable to locate, closed/recalled accounts, note deliverable/returned, mail sign in, and refunds. Daily reports include the daily report, credit card chargebacks, credit card daily disputes, direct payments, and escheatment/holder report. Monthly Overpayment Report Ad hoc reporting Various project as needed including pulling items for client and internal audits. UNIQUE WORK CONDITIONS: Position requires overtime during the end of the month. Position requires some other overtime to ensure that daily tasks are completed. This will be a staggered position to ensure that the 6PM daily close is covered every day. Position requires early am (6:15am) posting on last day of the month.
