Summary

We seek a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Support and Payment Processing Specialist team. This role involves efficiently handling payment processing tasks, supporting the sales team in daily operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is in-person only.


Key Responsibilities:

Payment Processing:

  • Accurately process customer payments, refunds, and account adjustments using the company's financial systems.
  • Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and ensure timely invoicing and receipt of payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.

Sales Team Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and invoices, ensuring orders can be fulfilled in full and from the correct location(s).
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of orders from initiation to delivery.
  • Manage and update customer databases, including contact information and shipping/billing addresses.
  • Support the creation and distribution of sales reports and metrics for sales representatives on an as-needed basis.

Customer Interaction:

  • Act as a supporting point of contact for payment details, account balances, and order statuses as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any billing, shipment statuses or other sales-related questions.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address and resolve order or payment issues efficiently.



Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in payment processing, customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial systems.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and supporting functions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Compensation: $20 / Hour, Health Insurance and 401K Option is available after 90 days.
