As part of our growing design team, we are seeking a Floral Pattern Designer with a strong background in textile and surface design.

🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Pattern Designer who specializes in floral motifs for bedding collections. You will be responsible for creating original surface patterns that reflect current trends and align with our brand identity, from concept to final production.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Design original floral patterns for bedding fabrics including duvet covers, pillowcases, and sheets

Conduct seasonal trend research and mood board development

Create seamless repeat patterns for digital printing and rotary/screen printing

Prepare print-ready files with detailed color separations

Collaborate closely with product planning, merchandising, and sourcing teams

Ensure pattern designs are aligned with fabric properties and production techniques

Present pattern collections and support with internal approval processes

📌 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Surface Design, Illustration, or a related field

Proven experience in designing floral patterns, ideally for home textiles or fashion

Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Understanding of textile production methods (digital, rotary, pigment printing, etc.)

Excellent color sense and composition skills

Ability to design both hand-drawn and digitally rendered floral artwork

Portfolio showcasing floral pattern work is required

💎 Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in bedding, home textiles, or interior fabric brands

Familiarity with sustainable textile practices and eco-friendly ink/printing

Knowledge of color management for fabric output

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
