Full-time Patient Service Representative needed for the front desk of an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic located in Bryn Mawr. Friendly outgoing individual with strong customer service background and prior medical experience. You will be the first point of contact with patients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to interacting with incoming patients, answers phones, scheduling patients for appointments, insurance verification and authorizations, collection of copay/deductibles. Computer skills a plus with knowledge of Microsoft Office and health insurance practices. Training will be provided. Competitive salary, PTO, health benefits and 401k. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm NO weekends.
