6+ Month Contract - On Site - Brockton MA

Patient Services Rep is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications for hosptial registration. The Patient Access Rep will handle patient inquiries, following-up with patients resolving patient questions regarding insurance verification and authorization.

• Conduct registration duties in a very fast paced In Take team.
• Must be comfortable working with varied medical and traumatic issues.
• Utilizes established guidelines to ensure patient issues are addressed
• Performs full registration activities at front desk for incoming patients
