Patient Sales Representative (Patient Navigator)
Compensation: $76,000 - $96,000 + equity
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday , 40 hours/week, occasional weekend coverage as needed, with advance notice.
Location: Hybrid, 3 days in our San Francisco office, 2 days remote

About This Role
We’re looking for a driven and compassionate
Patient Sales Representative to be the first voice a prospective patient hears, and the one who helps them say “yes” to changing their life. You’ll be responsible for fielding inbound interest, conducting outbound outreach, motivating and guiding patients through our process with clarity, empathy, and motivation. From the first call to booking their procedure, you’ll be the trusted advisor who educates, supports, and closes.
This is a high-energy, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and genuinely cares about helping people navigate life-changing decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish (required): Able to communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking patients.
- 1–2+ years in sales, patient navigation, or customer success, ideally in healthcare or high-empathy settings.
- Strong communicator and closer: Skilled at listening, building trust, and converting interest into action.
- Organized and proactive: Manages follow-ups, complex scheduling, and pricing conversations with ease.
- Tech-savvy and goal-oriented: Comfortable with EHR/CRM tools and brings a creative, can-do mindset to hit targets.
- Occasional weekends: Willingness to work a weekend schedule with advanced notice.
