Under the direction of the Patient Financial Services Director, the Supervisor will be responsible for the direct supervision of the Patient Financial Services Team Lead(s) and Patient Financial Services staff. The Supervisor is responsible to organize and supervise the operations of the Patient Financial Services Team to ensure quality and expeditious billing and account resolution. The supervisor will assist in developing plans and ensuring compliance with all revenue cycle initiatives.
Experience
Prior healthcare experience is required.
Prior leadership or supervisory skills are required.
An associate degree or technical school training is required.
Skills and Certifications;
Hospital billing regulations, third party billing regulations
Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 coding
