We are looking for an RN Supervisor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals!
Location: Waynesboro, GA
The Responsibilities (not All Inclusive)
- Guide and participate in the execution of our Mission, Vision, and Values;
- Lead and manage the nursing department, as directed by the DON, in the flow of the day-to-day care of the residents;
- Coordinate and manage new-resident admissions;
- Coordinate and oversee physician rounds;
- Perform resident chart audits;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator;
The Requirements
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred;
Hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia, which is in good standing;
Possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language;
Have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
Possess superior critical-thinking/clinical knowledge;
Have strong leadership skills, be decisive and have the ability to successfully delegate;
Have preferred experience with PointClickCare;
