Patient Benefits Representative needed in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX! Remote Position! Must be located in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex! Description: * Working with EMR systems * Knowledge of Medical Billing * Knowledgeable of different insurance types (HMO/PPO/ etc.) * Calling patients to collect payments * Diagnosing issues in Billing for patient in bound calls * Other duties as needed Schedule: 8:30AM-5:00PM M-F Pay: 24.00 USD Hourly Qualifications: * 2+ years of Experience in Medical Billing and Patient Call Center Experience * Experience with call de-escalation Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
