📍 Wilton Manors, FL | Full-Time | $17.35/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Nova Southeastern University (NSU) is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Patient Access Coordinator to support our pediatric dental specialties team. Based at our Kids Pediatric Dental Care Center, this role plays a critical part in providing exceptional front desk support for Pediatrics, Endodontics, and Orthodontics patients and families.

🦷 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in, registration, and payments.
• Process insurance-related transactions (Medicaid, Medicare, HMO, vision).
• Verify insurance coverage and secure authorizations to ensure service eligibility.
• Handle patient scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Resolve patient concerns while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and university guidelines.

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma and 2 years of administrative or customer service experience – OR – Associate’s degree with 1 year of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate demeanor.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish/English or Haitian Creole/English preferred.
