Passenger Service Agent Supervisor– Part-time/Full-time
**Airline Experience Required**
Objective: Airline service provider seeking professional, self-motivated and highly dependable individuals capable of providing quality customer service in a pressurized work environment.
DESCRIPTION:
The Passenger Service Supervisor's primary functions are to train, lead and direct Customer Service Agents. The Supervisor will plan, coordinate and assumes responsibility of daily functions as well as handle reservations transactions and ticketing. Other responsibilities will include preparing and coordinating work assignments, handle denied boarding situations, soliciting volunteers, accommodating passengers and provide hotel and meal vouchers when appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver's license
Able to read, write and speak the English language effectively
Successfully complete a ten (10) year background investigation including criminal history, FBI fingerprinting and pre-employment drug screening
Authorized to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986
