This role supports the Parts and Service Departments by ensuring we have the necessary parts available for technicians to perform quality repairs on customer vehicles. The Parts Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up parts from other dealerships and outside sources, using a company vehicle.

Core Responsibilities

• Travel to and from other dealerships and vendors to pick up and deliver auto parts.
• Keep parts department up-to-date on delivery schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and operability of delivery truck.
• Help maintain a clean and organized parts warehouse.
  
  

Desired Qualifications And Experience

• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job including lifting, loading and unloading parts. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Punctual, reliable and works efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of parts pick-ups and deliveries.
• Must be a safe and courteous driver. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  
  

Hours And Work Environment

The schedule is Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.This role requires brief periods of working outdoors while making deliveries or parts pickups, and working in the parts warehouse and driving a company truck.
