We are currently looking for a Partnership Manager, Italy (m/f/d) to join our team. This role would be based in Berlin, where we have our HQ.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Identify and qualify high-potential target companies and decision-makers through deep research, ensuring a strong understanding of our product and its value across industries.
  • Drive high-quality outbound sales through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls, or any other relevant means with a strong focus on securing as many demo meetings as possible.
  • Schedule, prepare, and conduct product demos, often alongside senior management, gradually taking on more ownership as expertise develops.
  • Model business cases, prepare commercial offers, and support commercial strategy by researching market trends, analyzing competitors, and improving sales and partnership materials.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING


  • Previous experience in Finance, Banking, Insurance, Consulting, or a startup/scale-up environment is a plus.
  • An understanding of the payments industry is beneficial, but if not, you should quickly grasp complex B2B products and business models.
  • Strong outbound sales skills, including prospecting, outreach, and booking meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex deals and close agreements effectively.
  • Deep product understanding with the ability to discuss and tailor complex client solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus.
