The Partner Development Manager will join the MSP team and report to the Manager of Partner Development. You will play a critical role in growing our existing MSP partner base by developing and executing against joint business plans. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with our partners and work cross-functionally with internal teams to increase monthly revenue. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. What you'll be working on:
* Engage with existing MSP partners through high volume of calls and emails.
* Develop partner business plans and drive partner alignment.
* Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
* Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
* Proactively grow business opportunities with partners.
* Collaborate with Sales, Channel and Partner Enablement to deliver successful results.
* Cultivate and nurture strong relationships.
What you bring to the role:
* 2-3 years of relevant experience in partner/channel sales.
* BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience.
* Excellent time management skills
* Proven track record in driving revenue growth and MRR revenue goals.
* Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
* Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Strong listening and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
