Recycle NOW is launching in the Southwest Austin area, and we're hiring a dependable, hands-on Part-Time Supervisor to oversee our first property in the area, a 152-unit multifamily community. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to help build something new. You'll be the face of Recycle NOW in Austin, with direct support from our Regional Manager and HQ team.

What You'll Do

• Personally cover the site Sunday thru Thursday to perform doorstep trash collection (8 pm - 10 pm)
• Recruit, train, and manage a reliable backup who can cover the site when you're unavailable (e.g., vacation, illness, emergencies).
• Ensure nightly service is completed to standard: clean, consistent, and timely.
• Communicate proactively with your Regional Manager regarding site conditions, staffing needs, or resident/client concerns.
• Represent Recycle NOW with professionalism as the first local point of contact for clients and the local team.
  
  

Compensation

• $500 monthly retainer for managing the site and ensuring backup coverage is in place
• $40 flat rate per night for each night you cover the site (Sunday thru Thursday approximately 1-2 hours of work)
• Opportunity for additional bonuses or role expansion as more properties launch in the Austin area

• Strong moral character and personal integrity
• Adaptable and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage stress
• Willing and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to work a split schedule and/or be on call during irregular hours
• Proficient in using a personal smartphone to document service violations nightly
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying a 50-pound tote up and down stairs
• Willingness to work around and be exposed to common trash odors and materials
• Personal pickup truck preferred, but not required
