Summary

Client Overview: Our client, a popular cosmetics brand, is seeking a Part Time Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team.


This role is part-time hours, up to 29 hours per week.

You will be onsite Tuesday and Thursday.


Role Overview: You will support the Sales Operations team on programming and strategy order execution, including follow-up with key departmental and field stakeholders.


Sales Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Support order execution responsibilities for Sales Operations, based on parameters provided.
  • Support follow-up responsibilities with key departments and field users on outstanding requirements for timely order execution.
  • Review template box for meeting and event support requests as required and action accordingly.
  • Assist with required follow-up actions within forecasting and allocation application.
  • Assist with field support and communication.


Sales Operations Coordinator Qualifications:

  • College degree required
  • Prior administrative experience required (1 year minimum)
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to address cross-functional teams
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
