We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented part time Sales & Design Consultant to join our interiors team. In this role, you’ll drive sales by providing elevated design services—whether in-home, in-store, or virtually. You’ll create inspiring mood boards, floor plans, product lists, and customer presentations using preferred design tools. If you thrive on quick turnarounds, multitasking, and creative problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized design consultations, helping customers bring their vision to life.
• Utilize design tools to create mood boards, floor plans, and presentations.
• Assist with general sales, including ringing up purchases and answering customer questions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall shopping and design experience.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Understanding of basic design functions including spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting, interior design styles.
• Excellent, effective, and timely communication skills and the ability to translate the brand vision and the customers wants/needs.
• Experience with technology (Google suite, video conferencing, iPad) and proficient in floor planning.
• 16-24/hours per week
  
  

Bonus Points For:

• 6+ months of sales or interior design experience.
• Availability to work one weekend day.
