About The Role

Our Graveyard Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is ideal for someone who enjoys a quieter, more laid-back shift while still engaging with customers and ensuring the store is in top shape for the morning rush.

As a CSR on the overnight shift, you’ll keep the store clean, stocked, and welcoming, assist customers, and handle transactions—all while earning extra pay for working overnight! What You’ll Do

🛒 Customer Service

• Greet and assist late-night customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Maintain a welcoming store atmosphere throughout the night.
• Promote current sales and assist with purchases.
  
  

🛍️ Store Presentation & Inventory

• Keep shelves stocked and displays looking great.
• Ensure accurate pricing and promotional signage.
• Remove outdated or damaged products and maintain cleanliness.
  
  

☕ Food & Beverage Handling

• Keep coffee fresh and food items stocked for early risers.
• Maintain cleanliness of beverage and food prep areas.
  
  

💰 Cash Handling & Transactions

• Accurately process transactions via POS system.
• Follow proper cash handling and safe drop procedures.
  
  

🛠️ Store Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, floors, and customer areas.
• Restock supplies at the fuel pumps and ensure station cleanliness.
• Complete all shift duties to prepare for the morning team.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

✅ Must be available to work overnight shifts

✅ A positive attitude and great customer service skills

✅ Ability to handle cash transactions and work independently

✅ Previous Retail Or Customer Service Experience Preferred

✅ Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and staying active during shifts

🛑 Must check ID for all restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, lottery).
