Eagle Health is seeking a PART TIME ON-CALL Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in support of an opportunity in San Francisco, CA.
Operating hours for this division are Monday through Wednesday, excluding Federal Holidays,
Mondays: 8:00am-3:30pm
Tuesdays: 8:00am-3:30pm
Wednesdays 8:00am-2:30pm
The Occupational Health Nurse's duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Provide advice and guidance to the FDIC OM or his/her designee, within his/her scope of practice regarding occupational health
- Provide all related medical/clinical services including first aid, medical procedures, counseling, assessment, teaching and follow-up
- Be responsive to customer needs to ensure excellence in customer service
- Monitor and report to PM any patient behavioral abnormalities
- Administer immunizations, inoculations and medications as assigned and in accordance with CONTRACTOR Standing Orders
- Assist in developing and maintaining confidential patient records; also maintain a list of FDIC employees with disabilities
- Perform clerical duties such as answering the phone, typing filing and copying documents
- Check emails sent by employees to the secured mailbox associated with the region that they are working in
- Maintain inventories (furniture and equipment) for health unit

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferable in nursing from an accredited university
- Possess appropriate licensing and certifications
- Demonstrated expertise and training in OH services
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in medical procedures, patient care and OH or community health programs
- CPR/AED Certified
- Fully capable of administering emergency first-aid treatment, including the use of AEDs
- Demonstrated proficiency in appropriate computer software systems (Microsoft Office)
