Job Title: Part-time Office Support Clerk
Location: Vancouver, WA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
About The Role
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Clerk to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role plays a key part in the daily flow of mail, packages, and supplies within the organization, supporting the smooth operation of our office environment.
This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent, part-time work in a supportive and structured setting. Please note: this is a long-term, part-time role with a stable schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and route incoming mail and packages
Process and manage outgoing packages in accordance with shipping partner regulations
Enter and maintain postage billing accounts
Scan and upload invoice images to internal systems
Operate basic office equipment including printers, copiers, and postage meters
Purchase and stock office and kitchen supplies
Maintain organized supply storage areas
Prepare monthly office supply inventory and cost tracking reports
Perform daily delivery runs to the Post Office and bank
Assist the Accounting Operations Manager with other clerical duties as needed
What You Bring
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow direction and maintain consistency in routine tasks
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily errands
Previous clerical or office support experience preferred but not required
