Summary

Robert Half's client, a religious organization, is looking for a part-time Media Coordinator & Assistant for a 3+ month contract in Hartford, CT. This is an onsite, 25-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be able to work onsite from 9AM to 2PM daily in Hartford. The Coordinator will be responsible for drafting communications, social media and marketing efforts, and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage content calendars, communications, and other materials
  • Promote upcoming events across marketing platforms including social media and email channels
  • Edit communication materials, update web pages, and draft correspondence
  • Upload video content
  • Provide administrative support

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related
  • 1+ year of marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices
  • Demonstrated experience with social media channels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with video editing a plus
  • Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to complete safety certification training
