Reports to: Executive Director Category: Part-time, approximately 10-20 hours/week (flexible)
Compensation: $35 - $45/hour depending on qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY
In this newly created position, the Finance Manager is responsible for the management and execution of day-to-day accounting, financial management, business operations, and payroll and benefits administration for GTCYS, which currently has an annual operating budget of $2.3 million, 35-40 employees, and multiple endowed and investment funds.
This role works closely with the Executive Director and is also tasked with identifying and implementing new technological systems to improve efficiency in processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. This role is based in the Twin Cities and some in-office work is required.
