Now Hiring: Part-Time Dutch Resident Director (Freelance – ~20 hrs/month)

📍 Arnhem, Netherlands | 💼 ITCA Global Services B.V.

We’re looking for a Dutch-resident statutory director to support ITCA’s operations in the Netherlands. This is a part-time, freelance role (~20 hours/month) with a focus on governance, compliance, and financial oversight.

🧾 Responsibilities include:

• Act as KvK-registered director for our Dutch BV
• Review & approve payments and interact with our bank (KYC/AML)
• Sign contracts, approve annual accounts, and coordinate with our accountant
• Help maintain internal controls & quality processes
• Attend monthly virtual check-ins (in English)

✅ You bring:

• Dutch residency (required)
• Experience in finance, compliance, accounting, or governance
• Familiarity with KYC/AML and working with banks
• Professional fluency in Dutch & English
• A structured, reliable, and detail-focused mindset
