Lead Sponsorship & Ticket Sales for a Groundbreaking Women + AI Summit at MIT | Sept 6–7, 2025

Are you a dynamic sales leader with deep connections in the corporate world and a passion for purpose-driven work? We’re looking for a Director of Corporate Relations with experience driving ticket sales and corporate sponsorships to join our team part-time through August for the AI-Powered Women Conference at MIT — a transformative, soul-nourishing event that’s reimagining women's leadership in the AI era. This part time project can be done 100% on your own schedule, and even nice supplemental income for those in a full time role, on leave or in transition between jobs.


📍Location: Remote (with optional Boston meetups)

🗓 Commitment: Part-time, commission-based | Now through August 2025

🎟 Event Dates: September 6–7, 2025 | MIT Kresge Auditorium

This is a Remote, 100% Commission-Based Opportunity, Training & Other Projects will be paid & negotiated. We are a mission based project with a low budget but will work out fair compensation with aligned candidates.

YOUR ROLE

As our Director of Corporate Relations, you'll be the force behind building high-value partnerships that support our mission and drive event revenue. You will:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate sponsors, corporate leaders and group ticket buyers
  • Drive ticket sales and team registrations from Fortune 500 companies and global brands, with a particular focus in the Boston area
  • Strategically align sponsor offerings with key brand, community, and business goals
  • Deliver a white-glove experience for every sponsor and partner, from first pitch through post-event follow-up


YOU BRING

  • A proven track record of success in sponsorship sales, B2B partnerships, or high-level client services
  • Experience helping drive ticket sales for conferences (can be in any industry)
  • Existing relationships with decision-makers at Fortune 500 and global companies
  • Strong background in sales leadership, business development, and delivering results
  • A passion for empowering women, shaping the future of responsible AI, and building transformational experiences. You will be a representative of our mission so we're looking for someone who is authentically passionate about what we do.
  • Self-motivation, confidence, and the ability to thrive independently while working with a small, mission-driven team
