Job Summary

Dependable Cleaners is seeking friendly Part Time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team in Dorchester. The ideal candidates will have experience in cash handling, in-person customer service, and possess excellent communication skills. CSRs will welcome customers, handle transactions accurately, and ensure customers feel valued and cared for. The availability we are looking for is a PT morning CSR (8a-12p timeframes) and every other Sat (8a-4p)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach
• Attention to detail and quick problem-solving abilities
• Cash handling experience is a plus
• Flexibility in schedule, including availability on Saturdays
