Job Overview:

Duties:

• Instruct students aged 7–14 in coding using Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, and more
• Explain concepts in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate manner
• Assist students with debugging and problem-solving
• Track and communicate progress to parents and administrators
• Prepare for each class using provided curriculum and resources
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning atmosphere

Requirements

• Prior experience teaching or tutoring children (ages 7–14) - preferred
• Working knowledge of Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, or JavaScript
• Ability to explain coding concepts clearly to beginners
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Dependable and enthusiastic about tech education

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
