GANNI Aventura is HIRING!


We are looking for an exceptional Client Advisor to join our Retail team with our Aventura free-standing location.

The position is part-time, reporting directly to the Store Manager, and we are looking to have this role filled as soon as possible. Please see the "PAY" section below discussing our current hourly rate and commission.


YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

You will be an ambassador for GANNI. You will work within our beautifully curated space within the Aventura location. The GANNI culture is based on a learning and results-driven mentality, where everyone is united by a common purpose.

You will support your team to always deliver service that is seamless, efficient and dedicated to the client’s needs. You will run a business that is based on an omni-channel/omni-commerce mentality were missing a sale is not an option. You have a result-oriented mindset and you will drive footfall through a digital client outreach program as an integral part of daily business. You will be working to achieve KPI target as well as store targets and you will support creating a culture within your team that is authentic, optimistic and driven by results and the opportunity to learn


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STORE

  • Adhere to daily work and operations in the store.
  • Responsible for generating sales whilst acting proactively to secure all sales targets and KPI's being met.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all GANNI clients visiting your store.
  • Keep deadlines set by the retail management team.
  • Maintaining VM guidelines.
  • Responsible meeting individual in-store sales goals set by Management.


COMMUNICATION

  • Keep yourself and your team members up to date with information from brand communication platforms.
  • Develop clear, consistent and organized lines of communication with clients and fellow Team Members


PAY:

  • Base Pay: $16 - $17.00/hr + 2% commission on any/all sales.
  • Hourly base increase based on experience.


PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 Year Customer Experience in comparative brands.
  • Experience in Stock Management
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferred).
