Part-time Administrative Assistant For Collections Department
Congress Collection
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for the collection department.
Answering incoming calls and routing them to appropriate personnel
Timely follow-up of priority requests from collection and management staff
Data entry and file maintenance (new account set-ups, file updates and more as needed)
Manage reports designed to provide analytical support to management teams
Provide additional administrative support for the collection team as requested
Reviewing/distributing emails
Special projects as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents
Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
