SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Opportunities exist for part-time, non-benefitted instructors to teach college-level courses (potential for on-campus and/or online) in our Current and Emerging Technologies, Humanities, Arts, & Sciences and Automation, Energy, & Advanced Technology Departments.

Our Human Resources department does not always know when adjunct positions become available, and we do not always advertise for adjunct positions. Frequently, department chairs will look at application materials they have received and contact applicants directly if a position becomes available. Minimum Requirements:
* Degree requirements will vary by discipline.
* Ability to work cooperatively with diverse groups.
* Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Good computer software skills - Microsoft Office Suite-Word, Excel, etc., electronic Calendar and E-mail, and strong Internet familiarity.
Preferred Qualifications:
* College teaching experience.
* Experience with Blackboard Learning Management System
* Experience with non-traditional teaching methods such as facilitating group work, use of inquiry-based and other active learning pedagogies, and/or contextualized instruction.
