Job Description:

Job Summary: The Parking Attendant is responsible for supervising all garage and surface lot activities related to parking in the hospital environment.

Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities

• Calculates parking rates.
• Ensures amounts of payments received cash disbursed are correct.
• Records and assigns validation accounts to departments accurately.
• Exercises courtesy and tact with patients/visitors.
• Conducts regular site inspections for conditions which need attention such as housekeeping and unsafe hazards.
• Responds immediately to spills.
• Clears stairwells and other where debris collects.
• Job description is not an all-inclusive list of duties and may be subject to change with or without notice. Staff are expected to perform other duties as assigned.

• 1 plus years of experience in public parking facilities operation or related experience.
