Summary

This is a communications/public relations and administrative support position to assist with communications for the Building Division. Creates content for mass media, including website, social media posts, and brochures/flyers, assisting with event planning and setup/breakdown. Assists at events, data entry, and other administrative or Division support duties. Requires good organizational and communication skills, and a working knowledge of common computer software.

Qualifications

Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a general office or clerical work.

PREFERENCE FOR EXPERIENCE WITH: Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro (must specify on application).

Florida Retirement System (FRS) benefits are offered for temporary positions.
