Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an experienced Paralegal to work in the Costa, Mesa area. This position is hybrid, allowing for a balance of work-from-home and in-office workdays.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys with discovery tasks, such as drafting discovery requests, organizing depositions, and issuing subpoenas.
• Draft, revise, and proofread various documents, including correspondence, contracts, and legal pleadings.
• Assist with trial preparation, including assembling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, issuing and managing trial subpoenas, organizing exhibits, and attending trials.
• Conduct document review and analysis using specialized platforms.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure continuous progress in litigation, proactively providing updates on case statuses and promptly addressing critical client and case requirements.
• Maintain electronic case files through a document management system (e.g., iManage) to ensure efficient organization and accessibility.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of litigation law firm experience (defense experience preferred).
• Familiarity with and ability to follow client billing guidelines, enter and record accurate billing entries.
