Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Garnishment Support Specialist to support garnishment and child support processing teams. You'll work onsite with a team of 20 in Cincinnati and collaborate virtually with other internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Review and organize garnishment and child support orders
• Create cover pages, combine PDFs, and manage document flow
• Input data into internal systems for processor follow-up
• Verify details using our Deluxe database
• Meet daily completion goals and maintain accuracy
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic MS Office skills
• Entry-level banking experience (beyond customer service)
• Preferred: Any legal background or experience
