Summary

About the Role:

InstaServ is looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist who has hands-on experience in managing high-converting campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns, with a deep understanding of ad targeting, funnel strategy, and ROI optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns for Lead Generation (real estate, services, etc.) and E-commerce (D2C, Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
  • Conduct extensive keyword/audience research and competitor analysis.
  • Create compelling ad copies, creatives briefs, and conversion-focused landing pages.
  • Set up tracking using Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and UTM parameters.
  • Regularly analyse and report on campaign performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPL, CTR).
  • Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with creative, tech, and sales teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in running and scaling paid media campaigns across Google and Meta.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lead Generation and E-commerce funnel strategies.
  • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and re-targeting.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Shopify/WordPress (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Lookalike Audiences, Custom Audiences, Dynamic Ads, and Shopping Campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
