We are currently seeking a Client Manager to join our rapidly growing team and to lead Paid Media strategy, projects and campaigns. Position
The Client Manager acts as a trusted partner and strategic lead for key client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of paid media and marketing solutions. This role blends strategic consulting, tactical planning oversight, and hands-on relationship management across assigned accounts. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, advise on media and brand strategy, and help drive client satisfaction and retention by delivering measurable results. You’ll also work closely with the internal creative team to support the development and delivery of paid media assets. Along the way, you'll help uncover growth opportunities within your client portfolio and contribute to the broader success of the agency.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and communication conduit for assigned accounts.
- Lead quarterly strategic reporting and planning meetings as well as develop account growth plans.
- Maintain strong client relationships at both the decision-maker and day-to-day levels.
- Deliver consistently high client satisfaction through strategic alignment and proactive communication.
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
Paid Media & Marketing Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic paid media plans aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to manage timelines and asset delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance in partnership with the media team and ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Spot and correct inaccuracies in media planning and reporting data.
Internal Collaboration & Management
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development,
- Creative, and Media to align on strategy and execution.
- Lead internal strategic discussions and rally the team around go-to-market plans and campaign goals.
- Use project management tools to organize workflows, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of work across teams.
- Maintain proactive communication and provide early visibility when shifts in plans or timelines could impact deliverables, team bandwidth, or client expectations.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions that drive efficiency.
- Translate data into actionable insights to optimize client outcomes.
- Bring new ideas and perspectives to solve client and agency challenges
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience in an agency setting, specifically in paid media or account management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable client objectives.
- Industry experience in B2B, CPG, or E-Commerce.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, marketing teams, and cross-channel media strategies.
