Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Paid Media Specialist to join our Clients’ Social Media team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing paid media for diverse clients. Run social campaigns, analyze data, optimize ads, test strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate on creative content.


Work Set Up:

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
  • Work Setup: Onsite
  • Location: Makati
  • Client Industry: Advertising Agency


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid media campaigns across a range of clients and industries including but not limited to - Crypto, Sports Betting & Casino and Outdoor Adventure.
  • Execute paid social campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn and Tik Tok etc.
  • Utilise your data and analytical skills to achieve targets and support campaign optimisations.
  • Use your smarts in the space to implement a full funnel approach.
  • Bring your ideas to the table with creative ways to acquire and retarget customers via paid media.
  • Set up website pixels, tags and test conversions for new accounts/channels.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns to meet the objectives and targets, whilst keeping your eyes open for new opportunities that will aggressively scale marketing campaigns.
  • Using your experience with website analytics tools provide reporting, insight analysis and recommendations for continuous growth.
  • Make data-driven decisions with a test and learn mindset, a little A/B testing and some multivariate experiments go a long way!
  • Be disciplined with budget management, know where and when to push and leverage further opportunities.
  • Work with content marketing, creative, organic social media to create performing creatives and ads.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • 2 years of work experience as a Paid Media or similar role.
  • Prior experience working within an agency environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong work ethic driven by creative passion, positive energy and thrives on challenges.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
